another skill I'd like to have

I offered some design help in one of the forums on 1000 Markets. I thought maybe I'd give a little input about how it should look, but I ended up designing the whole thing. I'm pretty lame when it comes using Photoshop, but I'm pleased with the end product. It finally went live yesterday.

1000 markets

I'm mixing things up a bit today. Instead of my usual Etsy Finds, I'm going with some favorites from the new (to me) handmade goods site called 1000 Markets. It's arranged in an interesting way, grouping together items in categories. Some of my favorites so far are "Modern Simple", and "Luxe." When it's finalized, I'll be joining the market called "The Baby Shoppe" -especially since I designed the banner. Here are a few great shops that are selling on 1000 Markets.

We're for sale now in another online shop. Any of you ever heard of 1000 markets? It's a similar site to Etsy but much smaller, and juried. The layout is lovely, and the photographs are consistently clear and well done. I highly suggest popping over there for a gander.
