chairs before

All I can seem to do these days is buy chairs. I kid you not, I have bought 7 of them in the last two weeks. Okay, yes 4 are a set but I may have a bit of a problem here. These four lovelies were purchased off Craigslist and while totally unusable at this point, they are going to be amazing. You'll just have to use your imagination.

I also bought a really stunning dining table that is super wide and going to second as the perfect work table. When our house guest leaves and I put the dining room back together, you all will get a good look.

night photos

Someday I am going to sign up for a class to learn more about night photography. I played around with it a bit recently, but not surprisingly I need some help. The first image is the beach, the second is train tracks and a car, the third is looking down onto the beach and the last is a lovely Inn where we spent the night.

We spent about 4 days in the blistering heat with our friends Natalie and Ben. Mostly we ate and chatted and then went back to eating some more. Occasionally we had a Texas sized cup of water.
