I have a well stocked kitchen. If you take into consideration that I live in a small apartment and that I am pretty young, it borders on obscene. Well, I don't really believe that but someone else might try to argue it. One really important item that I don't have though is a mortar and pestle. I know! How can I call myself a cook?!

Is anyone else starting to think about the holidays? For the first time ever, we bought our plane tickets way back in September. I think that might have gotten me started on the whole Christmas gift giving thought process extra early. Did you see what happened to my purse?

I took the kids to the petting zoo recently and while the stroller was unattended, it was attacked by squirrels. The last piece of peanut butter sandwich was in a plastic bag, in my purse which was folded in half with the straps around it and then shoved into the stroller pocket. I've seen those rabid creatures before, but I was not expecting this! So...now I'm on the hunt for a new purse. I'm thinking it might be time for something a little more grown up.
